Bene-Bac Plus Pet Gel FOS & Probiotics

Bene-Bac Plus Pet Gel is a gel-based probiotic supplement for dogs, cats, and other small mammals, formulated with a multi-strain blend of lactic acid-producing bacteria alongside Fructooligosaccharide (FOS) as a prebiotic ingredient. The gel format allows for direct oral administration or mixing with food, making it a practical format across a wide range of species and life stages.

The active probiotic strains included are: Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Enterococcus faecium, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Pediococcus acidilactici — delivering 20 million CFU per gram of total live lactic acid-producing bacteria. Inactive ingredients include sunflower oil, silicon dioxide, sucrose, FOS, dried fermentation products from the listed strains, and artificial colour.

Dosing is based on life stage and body weight. Newborns: 1/4–1/2g at birth, then 1/2g on days 3, 5, 7, and at weaning. Hand-fed orphans: 1/2–1g on days 7 and 14. Post-weaning: 1g per 10 lbs body weight up to 50 lbs. Administer twice, 3 days apart, by placing the gel directly in the mouth or mixing into food. Follow label directions for frequency.
