Our revised return policy is designed to be transparent and user-friendly, ensuring a hassle-free process for returns.

Key Return Condition:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase in store/receive by shipping. This applies to both items bought in-store and online, with no exceptions.

Dry Food:

  • For the health and safety of all our pets, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags of kibble. We kindly ask that all returns be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Items Ineligible for Return:

  • Perishable Goods: Raw food, frozen food, and treats are not eligible for returns due to health and safety standards.
  • Wearables: Items such as clothes, boots, and harnesses cannot be returned if the tag has been removed or if they have been worn, in consideration of hygiene standards. Returns due to normal wear and tear or damage from misuse are also not accepted.

Return Instructions:

  • Returning Items: You can return items either in person at our store or by mail at your own expense. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • Review and Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Additional Information:

  • Sale Items: Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges: We provide replacements for defective or damaged items. For exchange details, please contact us directly.

Shipping for Returns:

  • Return Address: Please send returned items to 3232 Yonge St, Toronto, M4N 2L4. Note that shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
